  1. You will see the following message:
Your Analytics database is now configured and will start collecting data.

Troubleshooting

Problem: You click on "View Analytics Report" and you receive a "Sorry, this site hasn't been shared with you" message. This means you are not logged into Central Admin with the correct account. To see which account you need to use, follow these steps:
  1. From Application Management, click on View all site collections
  1. Hover your cursor over the current web application and select Change Web Application:
  1. Select the SharePoint Central Administration site collection:
Now you are at the root of Central Administration. Make note of the Primary administrator account: In this example, in order to see Analytics from Central Administration you will need to be logged in as SPFarmAdmin. Problem: Immediately after configuring the VisualSP Warehouse Database you click on View Analytics Report and you see this error: "The VisualSP Warehouse Database has not been configured or needs to be upgraded." Solution: The error message is cached for 15 minutes. That means if immediately after configuring the database you try to view the analytics, you could see that error message potentially for up to 15 minutes. Your options are to do an iisreset, or just wait until the cache is refreshed.
