Adding videos to your walkthroughs can enhance the learning experience for users, providing visual demonstrations and explanations. Here's how you can add a video to your walkthrough:

  1. Upload the Video: First, upload the video to a streaming service like YouTube or Microsoft Stream. Ensure the video is set to be accessible/embeddable.
  2. Copy the Embed Code: Once the video is uploaded, locate the embed code provided by the streaming service. This code is what you'll use to embed the video in your walkthrough.

  3. Insert the Embed Code: In your VisualSP walkthrough editor, locate the step where you want to insert the video. Look for an option to insert HTML or embed code.

  4. Paste the Embed Code: Paste the embed code from the streaming service into the HTML or embed code section of your walkthrough step. Ensure that the code is inserted correctly and that it is surrounded by the appropriate tags to display the video.
  5. Adjust the Size and Position (Optional): Depending on your walkthrough design, you may need to adjust the size and position of the video within the step. Use CSS styles or the options provided by your walkthrough editor to customize the appearance of the video.
  6. Save and Test: Once you've inserted the video, save your changes and test the walkthrough to ensure the video plays correctly. Make any necessary adjustments to the video size, position, or playback settings.
