Auto activation of VisualSP Online for end users is not working

Problem

End users are not getting automatically activated. The prompt still shows up for them to activate manually.

Solution

There might be a cookie setup in the system from a previous deactivation preventing the user to automatically activate. Delete that cookie that prevents auto activation.
