This support article explains the seamless process of auto activation with VisualSP. Activating your users and providing them with access to custom content within your VisualSP subscription has never been simpler. In this article, we'll explain the steps involved in auto activation, outlining how it streamlines the onboarding process and ensures that your users have immediate access to valuable resources. From configuring your subscription with your email domain to deploying custom actions across your SharePoint Online site collections, we'll cover everything you need to know to leverage the power of auto activation effectively.

Activating your users with your VisualSP subscription couldn't be easier with our auto activation. Here is how it works.

  1. As part of the onboarding process, we configure your subscription with your email domain.
  2. Deploy either the VisualSP browser extension or use our Installation Wizard to insert a custom action onto all your SharePoint Online site collections.
  3. When your users go to any office.com, ServiceNow, SalesForce, or HubSpot application in your environment, our application will automatically detect the email address they activated under and match it up with your subscription. Your users will then immediately see all of the custom content associated with your subscription.
