‘insert icon’ and ‘subscription name’ dynamic tokens

This support article focuses on the newly introduced dynamic tokens, 'Insert Icon' and 'Subscription Name,' for VisualSP. These dynamic tokens provide users with enhanced flexibility and customization options when creating banner templates. By incorporating these tokens, users can effortlessly display the subscription name and the Help panel icon within their banners. In this guide, we will explore how to utilize these tokens effectively to personalize your banners and improve user experience.

When creating a banner template, you can now use 2 new dynamic tokens to pull the Subscription name and Help panel icon and easily display them in your banner. You can do this when creating your banner template by inserting {SUBSCRIPTION_NAME} and/or {APP_ICON} right in the banner:

Clicking the Preview button will display the subscription name and icon.

You can confirm your subscription has a 32x32 pixel logo uploaded into your subscription by opening the Help panel, clicking on the 3 ellipses in the upper right corner, and clicking Manage My Subscription. Select Look and Feel from the Settings column. App Icon will display your custom logo, or if not, you can upload a new one.
