Launching the VisualSP Teams app to your organization? Follow these tips for leveraging Teams to help with user adoption.

  1. There is a difference between posting a new message and posting a reply to an existing message Learn more: Work in channels 
  2. When starting a new thread, consider using the 'Format' button to add a subject line to the first  message. This helps make that specific conversation stand out when we're scrolling through the messages in the channel. Learn more: Create and format a post 
  3. If you need to make sure someone specific sees your post, you might want to @Mention them. That way they are sure to see the notification, even if they aren't personally watching this channel. Learn more: Get attention with @mentions 
  4. Share documents as attachments to your post, rather than emailing them. This will automatically share them in the SharePoint team site, assign permissions as necessary, and avoid version confusion. Learn more: Upload and share files
