How auto activation works

Activating your users and providing them with access to custom content within your VisualSP subscription has never been simpler. In this article, we'll explain the steps involved in auto activation, outlining how it streamlines the onboarding process and ensures that your users have immediate access to valuable resources. From configuring your subscription with your email domain to deploying custom actions across your SharePoint Online site collections, we'll cover everything you need to know to leverage the power of auto activation effectively. Activating your users with your VisualSP subscription couldn't be easier with our auto activation. Here is how it works.

1. As part of the onboarding process, we configure your subscription with your email domain.
2. Once you have deployed VisualSP, when your users go to any of the following applications:
   • Copilot
   • Dynamics 365
   • Dynamics 365 Business Central
   • Google Drive
   • HubSpot
   • Microsoft 365
   • Salesforce
   • ServiceNow
   • SharePoint On-Premises
   The VisualSP application will automatically detect the logged-in user's email address in the tenant application and match it with your VisualSP subscription to complete the activation. Your users will then immediately see all of the content associated with the current application scope.
