Internet Explorer
To Disable the extension:
Click the gear icon in the browser and select Manage Add-ons:
Select the VisualSP add-on and click the "Disable" button:
To remove the extension:
In your Windows desktop, go to Settings and search for "app" and select "Apps & Features":
In the "Apps & Features" section search on "visualsp". Click the Uninstall button for VisualSP Online Add-on for Internet Explorer:
Chrome
Click the three vertical dots located to the immediate right of your profile. Hover your mouse over More tools, then click on Extensions:
Find the VisualSP Extension and then click Remove:
FireFox
Click on the menu button in the upper right corner. Click Add-ons:
Look for the VisualSP Online Help System and click Remove:
To clear history and cache:
Click on the menu button in the upper right corner. Select Options:
In the Privacy & Security section, under History, click Clear History...
In the Clear All History window, in the Time range to clear, select "Everything" from the dropdown menu. Select Cookies and Cache. Click Clear Now:
Restart your browser
Edge
Click on the three dots in the upper right corner of the Edge browser. Click on Extensions:
Click to toggle the button Off. Click on the Gear icon:
Click Remove:
Safari
With your Safari browser open, click on the Safari menu at the top and select Preferences:
Click on the Extensions icon:
Select VisualSP Online and click Uninstall:
Click on Uninstall at the prompt and it will remove the extension.
