Since our product was originally created to interact with Microsoft 365, it follows the same requirement as Microsoft already has for Microsoft 365: https://products.office.com/en-us/office-system-requirements#subscription-plans-section

Internet browsers compatibility

Internet browsers currently supported:

• Latest version of Chrome
• Latest version of Firefox
• Latest version of New Edge

For VisualSP to be fully functional, your browser should allow third party cookies.

Video requirements

Our current Microsoft 365 videos are 1280x800, which is considered HD 720p. It requires 3.8Mbps Internet speed.
