The AI Prompt Generation Wizard is a guided walkthrough that can save time by auto-generating your prompt using the power of AI! Enter a few details about the prompt you’d like to create and it will do the rest.
Prompt Generation Wizard for Adding a Prompt
The Wizard automatically loads when selecting Add Prompt from the Prompt Management Panel left settings menu.
The Subscription Admin / Editor may choose to move forward with the wizard or cancel it to manually build the prompt.
If the Subscription Admin / Editor chooses to use the Wizard they can begin by typing a short description or abstract of they prompt they wish to create and then click the “Generate” button. The Wizard will send the request to the AI Assistant engine and advance the wizard when it has completed its analysis.
As an example we asked the AI Assistant to create a prompt to analyze a common, humorous riddle by entering “How much wood would a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood?”.
The Wizard returned the generated Title, Description and Prompt text in the Core Content tab:
The Wizard also generated some Instructions which can be viewed by clicking the Instructions tab:
The Subscription Admin / Editor can then choose to Preview how the prompt would appear in the AI Assistant Main Panel Application
Once the prompt has been previewed, close the Preview clicking the labeled button.
The Subscription Admin / Editor may then choose one of the following as the next steps:
- Cancel
The Subscription Admin / Editor may choose to keep the cancel, close the Wizard, and then manually build the prompt. - Regenerate
The Subscription Admin / Editor may choose to regenerate the prompt using the same short description or abstract to refine the prompt Core Content and Instructions. - Try Again
The Subscription Admin / Editor may choose restart the wizard and enter a new short description or abstract to generate a different or more targeted prompt. - Keep and Apply the Generated Prompt
The Subscription Admin / Editor may choose to keep the generated Core Content and Instructions by leaving the fields checked and click the Apply button to pre-populate the fields on the Prompt Editor panel.
