Receive feedback through the VisualSP feedback link

VisualSP uses a third-party transactional email service to provide reliable and timely delivery of system notifications, including user feedback messaging. Due to privacy and security concerns, VisualSP does not store user feedback messages in our system. Receiving user feedback at a MS Teams Channel by using the Teams channel email address is currently NOT supported. We are investigating the issue at this time.

Site administrators play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal functionality and user experience of their websites. In order to gather valuable insights into the usability and effectiveness of their site, VisualSP provides a convenient feedback mechanism. Located within the Help panel, the feedback link serves as a direct channel for users to express their thoughts, report issues, and provide suggestions. This invaluable tool empowers administrators to stay attuned to user sentiments, enabling them to make informed decisions and implement enhancements that align with the needs and preferences of their user base. By fostering an open line of communication through the feedback link, administrators can actively engage with users, foster a collaborative environment, and continuously refine the site to meet evolving expectations. VisualSP has a feedback link in the Help panel:

In order to receive this feedback, you need to go to the Subscription tab on the My Subscription page and add your email address.
  1. Go to the Look and Feel section.
  2. Put your email address in the Feedback Email Address field (only 1 email address allowed)

Make sure to save your settings. Now you will receive an email whenever someone leaves feedback.
