In the role of a Subscription Administrator, gaining a firsthand understanding of the user experience within VisualSP is crucial for effective management and optimization of the platform. To facilitate this immersive perspective, VisualSP offers a valuable feature that allows you to temporarily assume the role of a regular user through the activation of a test user account.
- Open the VisualSP help panel and click the person icon in the upper right corner:
- Deactivate VisualSP:
- Activate with your test user email address. An activation key will be sent to this email address so you will need to have access to it.
- Copy the activation key from the email and paste it into the field, then click Submit:
- While activated as the test user, you will experience VisualSP as an end user. To switch back to your Subscription Administrator account, go through these same steps again and use your own email address.
The ability to activate as a test user empowers Subscription Administrators to bridge the gap between administrative oversight and user experiences.
