VisualSP is a robust support system that can support up to 9 different languages. Many of our help items already have content in multiple languages. VisualSP will serve the Help item in the correct language by matching the default browser language of the user.
The best practice for creating a multilingual walkthrough is to first create a new help item as a walkthrough providing a title and selecting the default language for your organization.

Open the Walkthrough Builder and complete the walkthrough steps providing the translations for the default language of your organization. Once completed, save the help item as a Draft.
When you are ready to translate the walkthrough into a different language, open the previously created help item and change the Language setting the desired language for translation and provide a translated title.

Then open the Walkthrough Builder and re-build the walkthrough steps selecting the appropriate settings and providing the desired translations for the newly selected language.
Save the help item and save as Published when ready to deploy.
